I first became aware of Hello’s work whilst I was a trustee for BIBIC, a national charity. The marketing department were looking to rebrand the charity and Hello were the successful bidder. What struck me initially was that despite a complex and to be honest confusing brief they were able to table a visually inspiring concept whereby they totally got BIBIC, its clients and most importantly its target audience. Over the subsequent years we have engaged Hello on no fewer than five separate and diverse projects and have recommended them to countless ot her companies across the UK. The relaxed approach of the team could easily be misinterpreted as it vales what is a very efficient process which they appear to apply to each commission. We have on countless occasions been forced to throw crazy briefs, sometimes with unreasonable timescales and they have as yet never let us down!

Hello did a fantastic job in developing the branding and promotional materials for Saltbox and I really enjoyed working with them. They have the ability to really listen to and understand a business concept and translate it into great design, also, they were able to advise me on how to get the best from my limited budget.
